New Author Challenge 2012

Another challenge that I thoroughly enjoyed this year was the New Author Challenge. It was really nice to branch out and I read some amazing books as a result, and discovered some new favourites. So, here I am back for the second year. This year I would like to read 25 New Authors,and HOPE to read 50. I know that it will be a busy year, so not sure if I will make 50, therefore will have that as my "stretch target" as we say at work!

Outlander Reading Challenge

The outlander series is one of my favourite series of all time, and since the 7th book is due to come out this year (hopefully) I had planned on rereading the series in 2012. Whilst hopping around I came across this challenge, which seems perfect for me. I will definitely read the Outlander series and as many of the Lord John books as I can get hold of. In January I signed up for this challenge in two places, and managed to complete it.  This year, I have decided to sign up at Book chick city for the 100+ books in a year. Since I have read 107 books and will probably make it 110 this year, I have decided to set myself a personal goal of 120 books for 2012, my aim is also to write more reviews.
