Favourite Foto Friday # 49

Brenda is away this weekend with her friend Tyla. This is the first time she has ever been away without one of our family members, so I am a little anxious. But I know that SHE will be fine lol. So since I don have any Halloween pics, just doing a few from the last couple of weeks. This one was taken on the first really hot summery day we had this year. Of course, as soon as we hit the beachit changed to overcast and WINDY! I was shivering on the beach with 2 towels wrapped around me, but of course Brenda played happily in the sea for ages!
This one is last weekend at the arts festival at one of the schools near here.

Afterwards we met my mom, dad and grandmother at the Spur for lunch, so here is a picture of Brenda with my dad and my Bobba.

The last few months Brenda has been making muffins which she sells at the school tuckshop. She is saving up to buy a laptop and is nearly halfway there now! These were the muffins we made today for school in honour of Halloween!

I'm so glad you're going to join the challenge. It's nice to know I'll have a companion! I'll be praying for you! I'm actually really excited about this now that I have you!

It looks like your daughter is quite the baker! How fun! My kids love to bake too. We were going to make those cute little pumpkins from Heather's blog but I didn't have enough powdered sugar and just didn't have time to go to the store. :(

Bless you!

Your daughter is a great baker! It's very responsible of her to take that on and earn her own laptop! The pumpkin muffins look delicious.

I hope Brenda enjoyed her time away.
